The rules for using genutils

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using genutils, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• Usage limits are enforced per subscription. Overages require an upgrade prior to exceeding plan quotas.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card information.

Acceptable use

You may not use genutils to create or distribute illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems. Automated usage must respect documented rate limits.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the outputs generated for your Joomla sites. By using the service you grant genutils a license to process that content solely to deliver the functionality described.

Service level

We aim for 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email and the status page.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend access if invoices remain unpaid for more than 14 days or if you violate these terms. Upon termination we will retain your data for up to 90 days unless earlier deletion is requested.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
